So, I’m currently working on my first book but,,, of course I need characters. I do have main characters and I’m surely creative enough to make others but I thought it’d be funny to add your original characters! → Of course this won’t be the only price but yes, it’ll be the one of the main prices.

 What do I have to do?  

This contest is about creating a character for my book series, so you’ll have to make a reference sheet for your character. I also want you to add a outfit guide with following outfits:
Normal, Casual, Sleeping Wear, Formal, Costume/Cosplay (Basically a Halloween Costume. You can cosplay a character but it has to be a famous character like Harry Potter or Evan Hansen), Swimming Suit, Warrior Outfit, Elemental (before you do these two I’m gonna make a reference of mine to show you an example! So these two can be in separated references if you want to make the others already), Seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter Outfits), Bathing suit and you can add some more if you want to!
The character does not have to be human, it can be any species! From an mermaid up to a satyr. It can be from any mythology and species. You can even make an own species but please upload a guide to the species and send me a full explanating note so I know what to write. 


 How do I enter?

4) Design your character and draw your reference sheet

 Rules  

Please not more than 3 entries
Please create a new character specifically for this contest. I’m open if it’s some sort of persona as long as there are changes or new details!
Only reference sheets and outfit guides! (of course you can use your characters in your own personal art work but this is about design) (little examples of their acting and powers is okay!)
Nudity is okay in your reference sheet! After all, you can show your character’s looks and features!
Bases are fine! Though, I’d rather see your style in the reference sheet but the outfits guide can be made with bases!
No collaborations!

 Judging  

I will be judging on creativity not on art style.
I want you to put effort into this. You have time so use it please.
I’m also going to judge on the characters traits, I want it to be as original as I can be. Put uncommon traits into them, add useless facts, create an unbelievable backstory, etc! Let your creative ghost come free, I don’t care if your character is edgy or spoiled, Mary Sues don’t exist in here. (Just, please don’t forget to add flaws. Everyone has some!)
I will probably also judge on how creative your reference is and how much information you put into it, so try to give much information in the picture and the description!

- Don’t rush me about the storyboards and animation memes. I’m just a boy who wants to make people smile but i also have a private life, so the animation memes will be finished and published in my summer holidays

- As said, I’m open for contributors, so if you want to share your art work as a price, sent me a note.
- About the animation meme prices: You can pick up to 5 of the listed animation memes! I would’ve made all of them but animating takes time and I mostly fully animate without tweening and stuff so it’ll take me some time lmao


 About the Book Series  

Yes, these are going to be an actual series in English. It will take some time to write it though, so don’t rush me, especially since I have to wait til this contest is over. The story takes part in a modern world but I can’t tell you more yet. So, I’d say, they are like, demon chasers?
